Christopher Andoh has focused his career on international business and entrepreneurship with a specialization in African markets. He is driven by a passion to create opportunities for underrepresented groups to obtain economic empowerment. This has lead him to facilitate business opportunities and create jobs for those in inner-city communities in the United States of America, the continent of Africa, and those who want to do business in Africa.

Mr. Andoh earned a bachelor of science degree at Xavier University of Louisiana, where he majored in finance with a minor in business administration. His leadership has consistently been displayed throughout his academic and professional career. While attending Xavier, he served as president of the Finance Management Association and finance chairman for the NAACP-Xavier University Chapter.

While working toward his MBA in finance and management at Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, Mr. Andoh served as an equity analyst for Burkenroad Reports, the nationally recognized securities research program that distributes its reports to more than 20,000 institutional and individual investors. During that time he was a member of the Freeman Consulting Group, Toastmasters, the Entrepreneur Association and the National Black MBA Association. He completed his MBA studies at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Andoh has served as a financial analyst at the Ghana Stock Exchange, where he analyzed African market business trends, designed quantitative analysis forms, performed revenue forecasts on markets and oversaw trading. This experience furthered his knowledge about the business climate in Africa and strengthened his relationships and contacts in Africa. In the past, he has worked for an emerging markets investment management company, where he performed research and analysis on emerging markets and also focused on the African securities market. His knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and tax environments in Africa also grew at this time. In the United States, for over ten years, he has consulted for several companies, organizations and sole proprietors in the areas of business development, management, market analysis, market research and strategy development.

In 2007, during a trade mission to South Africa for a client, sponsored by USAID and the South African Trade Hub. Mr. Andoh, negotiated deals with, and met with over 30 CEO’s, Managing Directors, and Company Representatives that represented more then 50 companies from 11 African countries.

His passion for serving underrepresented groups has been displayed through his social development activities that have included participating in The African American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania, the NAACP – Xavier University Chapter, Xavier University’s Community Life Center, Bridging the Gap Youth Developmental Program, the New Orleans Tax Assistance Program, Tulane’s University’s Weekend Academy, and serving as volunteer Director of Business Development for Mantua Cares a chapter of Adopt A Neighborhood for Development Inc . Mr. Andoh is the 2007 recipient of the Men Making A Difference Award from American Cities Foundation, Community Leadership Training Institute.  In 2010, Mr. Andoh was selected to participate in The Center For Progressive Leadership (CPL), nine month leadership fellows program.

Mr. Andoh is the president and founder of Future American Entrepreneurs (FAME), Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was created to foster economic and educational development by providing business entrepreneurship and leadership training to youth who live in economically deteriorated, or impoverished communities. FAME’s mission is to create new economic opportunities for these youth and the communities they live in by giving them the tools to begin and develop their own businesses. By providing new skills to develop economic opportunities, FAME goal and vision is to foster new capital investment and economic development in these communities.  Christopher Andoh speaks English and the Twi Ghanaian language.

Maurice Johnson – has 20 years in Emerging Markets financial experience.  His experience dates from US Agency for International Development in Africa, Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington DC, Citibank N.A. in Manhattan and Frankfurt, Germany and GE Capital Corporation in London and Connecticut.  His product expertise include infrastructure project finance and private sector policy development.  He holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Colorado and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C.  He speaks English, French and German.
